Each February, the Glenview Community Ice Center transforms into a winter wonderland of fun for Winterfest.
Cheer on thrilling triple-header hockey games, enjoy a figure skating exhibition, and try the Ice Center’s crowd favorite—Ice Bumper Cars. Spend the afternoon at a family public skate or light up the night during our glow stick public session.
Warm up with delicious food and drinks from North Branch and discover even more surprises waiting for you. Bundle up, bring your friends and make Winterfest your coolest day of the season!
Firecracker Golf Classic

Join the Glenview Park Foundation for its annual Glenview Bank & Trust Firecracker Golf Classic at The Glen Club—one of the North Shore’s premier courses. This exciting golf scramble is packed with perks: enjoy a hearty breakfast, 18 spectacular holes with a golf cart, refreshing beverages on the course and lunch on the go.
Players will also receive exclusive gifts, compete for awards, bid in a lively silent auction, and cap the day with cocktails and a delicious buffet dinner. Tee off for a great cause benefiting programs and projects that make Glenview shine.
Glenview 3v3 Soccer Fest

The Glenview Park Foundation and Glenview Park District are teaming up with Kick-It 3v3 to bring you the Glenview 3v3 Summer Soccer Fest at beautiful Gallery Park.
This high-energy tournament welcomes up to 150 teams for a day of fast-paced, small-sided soccer action. Whether you’re just playing for fun or chasing the championship, there’s a spot for you—recreational divisions for ages U6–U12 and competitive divisions for ages U6–U15.
It’s soccer. It’s summer. It’s the ultimate kick-off to the season—don’t miss it!
